This situation concerns the 1800 F series fire-proof electric strike series, designed and manufactured by ŁUCZNIK since 2016. It is used wherever safety is desired or even required by law.
All types of public buildings such as shops, shopping malls, cinemas, theatres, etc. are perfect places for fire protection electric strikes, both in the fail secure or fail safe versions. One can only hope, that fire protection electric strikes will never have to prove themselves in saving human lives.
The possibility of applying this electric strike in fire-proof doors and the received Certificate, as well as frequent control production audits, require the highest care and precision in the entire production process.
The photos below show the subsequent stages of hitch production:
1- accurate surface leveling so that the processed element has precise external dimensions,
2- internal milling, very precise, which unfortunately makes the process long, lasting about 40 minutes,
3- glass bead blasting of the surface to eliminate sharp edges created during milling,
4- nickel plating - the electric strike cannot be subject to corrosion,
5- assembly of the internal parts of the electric strike.
At the end, each electric strike undergoes a detailed quality check and is marked in accordance with the requirements of the applicable european standard.
