There are many situations, when we want to install an electric lock on the door, but there is a problem related to the difficulty of connecting the power supply. The need to use door loop and insert electrical cables inside the door leaf, significantly cools our intentions.
And this is where the solution to these dilemmas comes in. Fully mechanical lock, activated by an "electric" striker , mounted to the door frame and connect it to the power source like a regular electric strike. After power applying, in the fail secure version, or cutting off, in fail safe version, a special trapdoor opens in the striker, which mechanically opens the lock. Of course, the lock can also be opened using a handle and a cylinder.
This is a very ingenious way of combining classic with modernity. Easy assembly, simplicity of operation and use.
The locks come in a wide range of back-set sizes (20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 50 and 60 mm), which makes it even easier to choose the right set because, of course, each lock works with fail secure or fail safe strike plate.
The set is powered by 12 V AC/DC
It seems, that there is a new, ideal solution for parking lots, resident zones, companies, schools and all buildings with access control.
